Refund policy

General Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, contact us at trenttrout@troutworkshop.com with your order number. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as they will have entered processing.

Defective Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us at trenttrout@troutworkshop.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the defect. We will work with you to make it right, including covering return shipping costs for defective items.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned: gift cards, custom/personalized items

Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 30 business days.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time.


EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal: Contact us at trenttrout@troutworkshop.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You may use the subject line "Right of Withdrawal" and include your order number. A model withdrawal form is available upon request, though you are not required to use it.

Return process: Once you notify us, you have 14 days to return the item(s). Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective. We will issue a full refund, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, to your original payment method.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Perishable goods
  • Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if opened after delivery
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital goods that have been accessed or downloaded
