Cleaning wooden kitchen items

Our products are made out of premium wood which can be handwashed with mild detergent and hot water. Please do not put your item in the dishwasher, as this will damage the integrity of the material.

Maintaining the wood's appearance

All of our wood kitchen items are finished with a food grade mineral oil. To keep your item in good-as-new shape, oil it a few times per year or more with frequent use. Not only will this easily prevent drying and splitting, but you'll also restore a satisfying shine!
